Roles and Responsibilities
Develop service franchise network in given Territory. Monitor and guide ASC/SF(Authorized Service Centre /Service Franchise) to attain key service target/KPI's.
Train ASC to follow CRM, customer handling process,arrange technical training for the franchise.
Candidates from Home Appliance Industry will be preferred.
